Specialist in organizational tactics to execute the different strategies. Expert in Business Change Management. University of Barcelona alumnus, Master in Business Management in London. Customs and International Trade technician. Professor of the Master of Operations and Logistics of the UPC in Euncet, Terrassa. His experience advising companies on business processes, focusing on high performance in attracting new business, makes him a key figure in organizational business development.

He has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Alex Cumellas
Recruiting Manager

HR Consultant specialized in selection of sales profiles. He has spent his entire professional career in sales. Trained in Emotional Sales Training, Alex is a new addition for the year 2022 to develop the recruitment area in the company.

He has selected commercials and telesales throughout Spain. With a deep understanding of the client’s needs and the most appropriate profiles for each position and each company, he always adapts the search in order to meet the expectations of the recruiters.

The salespeople that he pre-selects are accepted by the clients in more than 80% of the cases, giving a special value to his work since he manages to save tens of hours of interviews to our clients.

Laia Briones
Sales Recruiter

She is an organized person, goal-oriented and committed to her team. Trained in Law and Labor Relations at the University of Barcelona. Her skills and knowledge make it easy for her to develop in the area of people management. She stands out for her ability to work in multidisciplinary environments thanks to her knowledge both in the Legal-Labor field and in the field of Human Resources.

She joined Emotional in 2023 and stands out for her great ability to publish recruitment ads and later screening of CVs.

She has specialized in Telesales profiles, both for profiles for our clients and for new additions to Emotional.

In a very short time she has become an important part of the team.

Paula Bellido
Qualification & Booking

She is a highly committed professional with exceptional teamwork skills. With a positive attitude, creativity, and people skills, she has demonstrated her ability to build strong relationships with her peers and clients.

With extensive experience in sales and customer service, Paula has held Sales Rep, Key Account Manager, Inside Sales and Sales Development Representative positions.

Trained in Marketing, sales management and advertising. She is currently studying ADE at the UPC in Euncet, Terrassa. Currently, she is in charge of carrying out the functions of qualification of potential leads and telephone consultation for our clients.

Her metrics are simply spectacular. We trust that she can lead the department shortly.
