Arnau Flores

HR consultant specialized in the Sales Profiles Recruitment. He has developed his entire professional career in personnel recruitment. University of Barcelona in Labour Relations degree educated, in the Faculty of Law, Arnau is a new addition in 2024 to develop the area of recruitment in the company.
He has recruited sales reps and inside sales throughout Spain. With a deep understanding of the client’s needs and the most suitable profiles for each position and each company, he always adapts the research to meet the expectations of our customers.
The salespeople he pre-selects are accepted by customers more than 80% of the time, giving a special value to their work as he is able to save dozens of hours of interviews with our customers.
